Yes, on SuperCoder code details pages and listing pages, a symbol will alert you if an ICD-10-CM code requires an additional character to be complete.
On a code details page, check the “Related Symbols” box on the top left directly under the code. If the code requires one or more additional characters to be complete, you’ll see a filled-in red circle showing the position of the next character, such as 4th. Logged in subscribers can see an example here.
On a listing page (range page), look to the left of the code to see if that same red-circle symbol is present, indicating the need for an additional character. Logged in subscribers can see an example here.
