Thank you for getting back to me, but my question again is the Q0162 in hcpcs book says for use as a complete therapeutic substitute for an IV anti-emetic at the time of chemotherapy treatment, not to exceed a 48 hour dosage regimen. We do not do chemotherapy at our office, we use it for nauseated kids for vomiting. Can we still use this code for "our" use? As we have nothing to do with chemo here.
