Would 25390, 25210, and 64772 be the correct codes for the following:
DIAGNOSIS:
1.Right wrist DJD with scapholunate advanced collapse pattern.
2.Right carpal ulnar abutment syndrome.

PROCEDURE:
1.Right ulnar shortening.
2.Right posterior interosseous nerve neurectomy, distal forearm.
3.Scaphoid excision and triquetrum excision with capitolunate hamate fusion.

M19.031: Right wrist DJD with scapholunate advanced collapse pattern.
M25.831: Right carpal ulnar abutment syndrome.
CPT Code 25390 is correct for Right ulnar shortening
64772 for Right posterior interosseous nerve neurectomy, distal forearm
