can I bill 11042 and the add-on code 11045x14?

Yes. 11045 is an add-on code and can be used with primary code 11042. CPT 11042 is for first 20 sq cm and for each additional 20 sq cm, you have to code 11045. I mean are the surface areas of debridement of wound 300 SQ CM? If yes, then 11042 and 11045 x 14 is appropriate to bill.
