Wound dehiscence

Patient had an excision of pilonidal cyst (11772) done on 9/17/15. Now 2 weeks postop evaluation patient wound has dehiscence , there is exudate material present. Patient will have to go back to surgery room for wound debridement.
What would be the best ICD10 to use?
