We bill DMEPOS supplies for wound care. The pressure ulcers are quite specific but if we bill for the dressing change for a surgical incision we use Z48.01 but is there any further ICD 10 codes required for location of the incision?

There are no specific ICD-10 CM Codes for surgical incision location. You can use ICD-10 CM code from range Z48.8 (Encounter for other specified postprocedural aftercare) along with ICD-10 CM code Z48.01
