can these two codes be billed together.

Yes, it can be billed togeter as there is no bundling issues between these two codes as per latest CCI edits.

I agree 78306 & 78320 can be billed togehter, but be careful with 78300, 78305 &n 78315 these can not be billed with 78320.

Exactly right. I agree with Evelyn. As per question, 78306(whole body bone scan) and 78320(bone SPECT) can be billed together, but others are not as Evelyn said.
