which Modifier do I use

When doing 65400 & 65426 at the same time,on the right eye, how should I bill this? Is there another modifier i should use in addition to the RT for the right eye.
65400 RT
65426 RT ???

Code 65400 is a column 2 code for 65426 , but a modifier is allowed in order to differentiate between the services provided.
*Use modifier 59 with code 65400
