Please provide your input if credit is should be granted or not on the following issue. On the neurological examination if the gait was not examined during the neurological examination because the patient is wheelchair bound and the note states"Gait: wheelchair bound". Is it in complaint with the Medicare guidelines to give credit. Your input is appreciated.

As the medical documentation states that the patient was wheel chair bound, hence, the point will be taken into consideration and would be considered as a part of physical examination.
