Well child exam

Carolyn c Posted Mon 24th of October, 2011 15:00:15 PM

If the physician performs the components of a 1 year old well-child exam, but the child is only 11 months old, would the CPT code 99392 be correct?

If the well-child exam completes on a DOS after completion of 1st year, then you can bill with 99392 on a DOS after child completes 1 year, without billing the component part before 1st year.
