Can someone please help with coding a Vestibulectomy.

The vestibular skin was incised with the
scalpel and the Bovie and excised in a standard fashion. The dissection extended from inside the hymenal remnant to approximately 0.75 cm distal to the remnant, from 4:30 to 7:30.
Interrupted horizontal mattress sutures 2-0
chromic were used to close the area where the vestibule had been removed and
connecting the vaginal mucosa to the skin. There was excellent hemostasis
noted. Bacitracin ointment was placed. The patient tolerated the procedure
well. Sponge, lap, and needle counts were correct x3. The patient was awoken
and extubated without complication and taken to the PACU in stable condition.

Thanks

I would code it for partial vulvectomy 56620.The vestibulectomy is where the skin around the vaginal opening is removed and then the skin of the of the vagina is advanced down and sutured to cover the area.
