vascular stent placement

As I try to understand the vascular tree- Physician placed stent due to intracranial aneurysm at the left vertebral artery and basilar artery. Is this part of the carotid tree and therefore a 37215 or 61635? Thx and please explain a bit..

The below description would help you understand Intracranial arterial system and based on that you can use the CPT codes:
Intracranial arteries: arteries located within the skull; the intracranial arteries are comprised of branches of the carotid and vertebral arteries that supply blood to the brain, (i.e., anterior, middle and posterior cerebral, vertebrobasilar or basilar).
Vertebral arteries: arteries located at the back of the neck that originate from the subclavian arteries; the vertebral arteries and their subsequent branches.
