Patient is pregnant and comes in with complaint of vaginal pressure and she is pregnant. Dr. wants to order ultrasound what ICD-10 do we use?

There is no specific code for vaginal pressure. You can report O26.89- depending upon the trimester patient presents. Also, report code Z3A, Weeks of gestation, to identify the specific week of the pregnancy to identify the weeks of gestation.
