vaginal adhesions

My Dr removed adhesion of the vagina. Lysed sharply with a midline episiotomy incision . The onlcy code I can close code I can find is 56441 lysis of labial adhesions. What code so you suggest?

You can use 56441. You can also use 56442 if broadening the aperture or opening of the hymen was performed by using a circular incision. In this procedure, the provider incises the tissue membrane covering the opening to the vagina or birth canal, to widen an opening that is too narrow, resulting in painful sexual intercourse, or to treat imperforate hymen in which the membrane completely blocks the opening, obstructing menstrual flow.
