Would you need to add V76.51 code to a Colon Cancer Screening on Pt. that is high Risk with a hx. of colon polyps? I thought you would use V12.72 for high risk Screenings and only use V76.51 for a routine screening. Or do you use both for a high risk screening? Thanks

Only V12.72
