A patient came in for a physical examination. Other diagnoses are also listed. Do you use V70.0 as the first listed diagnosis or do you leave V70.0 off

In ICD-9-CM, diagnosis code V70.0 is used for routine medical examinations. If the patient does not have any diseases or other conditions that are addressed, only diagnosis code V70.0 is reported. If the patient has other conditions that are addressed during the routine medical examination, diagnosis codes for those conditions are also reported.
