use unlisted lap code ?

Our doc took pt to OR for possible tubal dx and uterine septum. They performed diag lap to check tubes . Confirmed endometriosis pelvic walls and then removed ports. Proceeded with hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum. Then replaced ports and performed Chromopertubation. Would I code

Or 58560 and an unlisted lap code? Which unlisted code if so?

Hi You can use codes 49320, 58350 and 58360. Report the highest dollar value code as the primary procedure and subsequent procedures are appended with modifier 51.
