Dx I21.02: ST elevation (STEMI) myocardial infarction involving left anterior descending coronary artery.
The patient has ongoing chest pain and the EKG suggest an Anterior STEMI.
He underwent (2015/11) emergent left heart catheterization, coronary angiography and left ventriculography.
Decision was made during the procedure to proceed with angioplasty with stent in LAD. Right radial vascular access.
Which is the best CPT coding sequence?
93458, 92941 or
93458-59, 92941-LD or
93458-XS, 92941-LD or
93458-XU, 92941-LD
