Use modifiers 80 and 52 together?

My doc did a right radical nephrectomy open approach and then ASSISTED another doc with an open cholecystectomy using the same incision. My doc opened and closed the incision. What modifier(s) do I use for the assisted open cholecystectomy? Mod 80(I know for the assist) but not sure about using mod 52 (reduced service-used same incision)???

Thanks for your query,

We cannot consider second doctor as a an assistant or co-surgeon.
As per CMS: Different procedures require no modifier - If surgeons of different specialties are each performing a different procedure (with different CPT codes), neither co-surgery nor multiple surgeon rules apply (even if the procedures are performed through the same incision).
