Urology/Omental flap

Cherie Posted Thu 03rd of December, 2015 09:49:23 AM

My Dr. did a bladder repair (51860) and then did an omental flap interposition. He took a flap of omentum and put it over his suture line and sewed it to the bladder using interrupted Vicryl sutures. Would I be appropriate in using 49905? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Yes, C9T 49905 is appropriate for scenario (omental flap interposition).
