For a Clia waived office do I bill code 80104QW which is replacing 80101 (QW)?

Alicia Answered Tue 25th of January, 2011 05:05:46 AM

For Clia waived 80101 QW replaced with G0431 QW 1 UNIT PER ENCOUNTER, YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR BILLED AMOUNT.

If 80101 is no longer used, does that mean to use G0434 for both medicare and non-medicare claims with a mod of "QW" for a clia waived office?
