Greetings from SuperCoder.com!

Since there was no abnormal finding on CYTOLOGICAL exam, you may report code for MICROSCOPIC exam (eg. bacteria, squamous cells, scattered urothelial cells). You should choose ICD-10 codes from the following:

  • R82.71 - Bacteriuria
  • R82.79 - Other abnormal findings on microbiological examination of urine

Please feel free to write if you have any concern or questions.

Thanks.
