I have noticed on scrubber that I can use nocturia N35.1 but when I look at the LCD list, nocturia is not listed. Medicare denies charges when we use that dx. I'm assuming that nocturia is not an acceptable dx, just curious why it looks like it is on the scrubber. Am I reading the scrubber wrong? Thanks for any input.

Kindly document the procedure against which LCD list is found. Else, won't be able to guide you.
