Our surgeon performed a total laparoscopic hysterectomy with BSO, a right sentinel pelvic lymph node dissection (with the radiographic dye), a left pelvic lyphadenectomy. This was all performed for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer. How do I code this. Para-aortic lymph nodes were attempted but couldn't be dissected as there were too many adhesions.
