units for Myobloc

Doctor used- Myobloc inj 2500 units 0.5 ML Vial -the full vial was used.
NCD # N410454071010. J0587 is for 100 per unit,so would the total units in box 24G on the 1500 form be 25? Am I looking at this correct?

two trigger point injections were done EACH injection had 2500 units

J0587 is for 100 per unit. Yes you would 25 units for each injection 2500 units myobloc trigger point injection.
