Pt has chronic basl thumb jt arthritis. Thumb and forearm marked as operative sites. Incision was made over the dorsal base of thumb extending toward the flexor carpi radialis at the wrist. Capsule was opened. Trapezium was identified and excised. Flexor carpi radialis tendon was lacerated at the base of the wound. Tendon was transected. Reconstruction done. A burr was used to create a hole in the doral base of the 1st metacarpal and free proximal end of the tendon was passed through the hole and secured. How do I code this?

The CPT for the above scenario would be
1.) 25210 – Trapeziectomy
2.) 25260 - Flexor carpi radialis tendon reconstruction
