The doctor did a Thrombectomy of right external Iliac artery, right common femoral artery, right superficial artery, right popliteal artery, right anterior tibial artery. Selective arteriogram right superficial femoral artery with runoff, ballon angioplasty of right anterior tibial artery and selective right anterior tibial artery with retrograde approach. The CPT codes I have are: 36247,35476, 36831, 75710, 75978 Am I even close? I feel like there should be more
