Hi our Dr saw a patient in our urgent care facility for Penis pain he also treated the patient with HIV, Herpes,RPR,Chlamydia,Gonorhea i need to know if there's one code to bill for all those test if not what codes should i use?

As per guideline, you should code first the reason for admission code followed by HIV with all additional dx. Therefore, you should code for all these treated conditions:
607.9-penis pain
042-HIV
054.9-Herpes
079.98-Chlamydia
098.0-Gonorrhea
