Destruction of lesions with TCA (trichloroacetic acid) is a chemical treatment. The appropriate code for destruction of genital warts (more of external warts) will be 17110 or 17111 depending on number of lesions.
CPT code 57061 treats more of internal warts which will require colposcope, for direct visualization, which is not the case for the above scenario. Hope it helps. Feel free to ask for any further query.
