Sonnia Posted Fri 08th of July, 2016 14:44:26 PM
Patient had a CABG done Left internal mammary artery graft to the LAD and a surgical division of the Myocardial Bridge. Is the division of the Myocardial Bridge inclusive to the CABG or can this be billed separately?

Hi, When myocardial bridging is confirmed by the operative report, 33572 is reported in addition to 33510-33513. Otherwise,Endarterectomy of other coronary arteries is not reported separately. Hope this helps!
