I am looking for CPT code for an autologous bone graft of the 1st metatarsal left foot? please and thank you... This patient also received Austin buionectomy w fixation, resection hypertrophy bone, akin osteotomy, ehl and ehb tendon transfer, resection of hypertrophied bone 5th digit left foot, tailors bunionectomy, with xi scan and cast.. thank you
