subsequent hospital visit

subsequent hospital visit of pediatric patient. In the HPI, MD noted stable overnight. Can I count stable under constitutional ROS?

STABLE should be taken under "quality", in HPI, not under ROS. "Stable" means the overall Pt. condition, not any specific system review point.
