1. Preparation of graft bed right long finger to receive split thickness skin graft 2. Placement of 13 x 6 mm split thickness skin graft to right long finger nailbed from donor site right hypothenar eminence The patient’s rt hand and forearm were prepped w/ betadine and draped in the usual sterile fashion. The procedure was begun by debriding the loose epidermis and crusting from the right longer finger dorsal wound. The Integra had not incorporated and had been avulsed previously in clinic. The wound was washed w/ a chlorhexidine scrub brush. Hemostasis was obtained and the bed was prepared for receipt of the graft.
