Manual Aspiration thrombectomy.

Patient presents for with acute chest pain and EKG changes compatible with a STEMI acute inferior MI.
No prior cardiac history. He has no CHF.
He underwent emergent coronary angiography with left heart catheterization and coronary angiography.
Left ventricular pressure was obtained but left ventriculography was not done.
Significant atherosclerosis of the RCA was noted with infarct related occlusion.
He underwent acute recanalization of the RCA with manual aspiration thrombectomy, followed with coronary angioplasty and stent in the RCA.

CPT Codes sequence: 93458-XU, 92941-RC
Is this the proper sequence?
Do we need the modifier 26?

Thanks for the Query

I would suggest appropriate codes sequence as 92941-RC and 93458-26-XU as per the scenario.
