If a patient has a bunionectomy (any type of surgery really) - and we do follow up care for the 90 days - all is well,...and dr makes one last appointment that falls outside global --- the code is no longer V58.78, - nor is it 735.0 (no more bunion) -- what do you code a resolved surgery diagnosis? Thank you.

V45.89 is a good choice to go.
