I understand we may use either 77295 or 77301 for planning and if IMRT planning we should use 77338 instead of 77334, however may we use G0173 for the first fraction non robotic and G0251 from 2-5 fractions. Or we should only use G0251 if is more than one fraction and not to use G0173 on the first once?

In G0173, it is complete course of therapy in a "Single" session. The concept of fractionated treatment or multiple sessions doesn't stand here.

In G0251, concept of fractionated treatment and multiple sessions applicable.

So, you can't use G0173 and G0251 together. You have to choose either G0173 or G0251 as explained above.
