Need help with ICD9 code for cervical spondylolisthesis.
Dx codes 738.4 and 756.12 refers mostly to lumbar region. Thank you.

738.4 is appropriate to use. While ICD-9 does not have a specific code for cervical spondylolisthesis, ICD-10 will have one: M43.12.
