Can you bill a shave 113xx when the lesion is a skin tag? Or do you have to bill 11200 no mater how it is removed?

Skin tags removal would be the 11200 up to 15 lesions.
11300 would be be lesions at the epidermal or dermal lesion of the trunk, arms or legs diameter 0.5cm or less.

Thanks
