Skin closure after postop period

Doctor originally charged 11404 on 6/14 which has a ten day global (Carrier-south dakota). On 6/24 doctor removes the sutures however; the patient comes back into the office on 6/28 because it got re-opened. The doctor re-sutures the wound.

Can we charge a "Simple Repair" codes 12001-12021. Or would this be billed as global or E/M?
