Shoulder Repair

L Posted Sun 17th of January, 2016 09:22:02 AM

How would I code the following:
DIAGNOSIS:
1.Left shoulder AC arthrosis with Type 2 labral tear with mild Buford complex.
2.Partial thickness tear subscapularis tendon.

PROCEDURE:
1.Arthroscopic capsulolabral repair.
2.Arthroscopic subscap repair.
3.AC resection.
I'm thinking 29806 and 29824 but I don't know for sure, and I'm unsure of procedure 2.
Thanks!
