During difficult laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair the esophagus and the stomach is perforated, injury is recognized and repaired. Should this repair be charged additionally to laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair?

Treatment of an iatrogenic complication of surgery such as stomach laceration/perforation is not a separately reportable service. Thanks !!
