BCBS patient is seen in one of our facility in GA. Billing address for all facilities is NC address. Can the patient's claim that was seen in GA be submitted through the local BCBS in NC with the place of service be the GA address or does the claim have to be staightly forwarded to the local BCSB where the service was rendered?

It should go through the payer in the state where the patient was treated.
