Screening Colon

When a patient comes in for a screening colon, but while the doctor is talking to him or her before the procedure and the patient states he has been having blood in stool or diarrhea. Can we still bill this as a screening colon with the diarrhea or whatever being the secondary diagnosis and still get paid at 100%? Such as

Well, if the screening is already lined up, so, code for screening and conditions also can be coded as a finding of screening. Hope it helps!
