the order is for a scoliosis series, the report indicates 2 views, not specifying erect and supine, both films are AP. What is the best code to use for this exam?

If it is mentioned as "standing", then you would code 72069. If "standing" is not mentioned, then for two views, even though both films are AP, you would take 72080.
