Scar Neuroma Injection

Our pain management performed the following procedure: "Scar Neuroma Injection of the infrapatellar branch of the saphenous nerve on the left knee" . Should this be coded with 64450 or with 64999? I also am unsure of the diagnosis code.

A “neuroma” is a thickening of scar tissue on the nerve and/or lining of the nerve; therefore, the appropriate nerve injection code should be reported based on the nerve injected.64450 (… other peripheral nerve or branch) for the saphenous block
