How would I code the following:
DIAGNOSIS:
1.Symptomatic, left knee metallic cortical button from her prior ACL reconstruction that was sitting on the left proximal medial tibia.
2.Left saphenous nerve neuroma.

PROCEDURE:
1.Removal of hardware from left tibia, including removal of the cortical metallic button.
2.Left saphenous nerve neurolysis and excision of saphenous nerve neuroma.
