Provider removed right ovary for adhesions and menopausal. Can I bill insurance for this? What diagnosis would I use.

You need to use diagnosis N73.6, for pelvic peritoneal adhesions or
postinfective pelvic peritoneal adhesions or Postprocedural pelvic peritoneal adhesions (N99.4)depending upon the cause of adhesions.

and N95.1 for Menopausal and female climacteric states.
