Among the other procedures, a duodenotomy w/resection of tumor without complete removal of that section of duodenum so as not to compromise the pancreas. In order to close the duodenotomy a section of jejunum was brought up to create a roux limb.

To further explain: the jejunum was brought up to anastomose to the duodenum creating a roux-en-y. If this is an unlisted code, what code would be comparable?

There is no exact code that explains direct anastomosis of the duodenum to the jejunum. Please see code 43633 for comparison.
