I know there has been several questions about the ROS but I need help on this one. What system would this be when the provider states under ROS TB exposure:None known & Recent travel. I have never seen this before. Thanks

I found a review of systems list on this link: http://medinfo.ufl.edu/year1/epc97/handouts/ros.html which specifically mentions "tuberculosis (or exposure to tuberculosis), " under the respiratory system.

Conceptually Review of System, is if the doc has asked the question related to how many systems, and if the patient replied on these or not. That the patient replied as "None known & Recent Travel" is enought to count for a system. It is not necessary that the patient should have exposure to tuberculosis only then we will count it as an element in ROS.
