The above documentation does not clearly indicate the approach of the procedures whether they were performed through laparoscopic/open or endoscopic approach. Kindly provide the approach.

There are no specific CPT codes for above mentioned procedures. Use Unlisted CPT codes:

1. CPT 50549 (Unlisted laparoscopy procedure, renal)

2. CPT 51999 (Unlisted laparoscopy procedure, bladder).

For Ureteral stent placement, use CPT code 52332, if stent placed through Cystourethroscopy.
